My name is Suzanne Jobling, I live in the Whitley area of Coventry and I am The Coventry Cleaning Lady!

Hoovering, dusting, polishing, wiping, cleaning (including hobs and horizontal blinds), washing-up, drying-up, putting rubbish into and moving wheelie bins, making and changing beds and the cleaning of internal glass (windows, shower screens etc).

Please, list the services that you don’t provide.
Oven cleaning, wet carpet cleaning, wet upholstery cleaning, external window cleaning and the washing or ironing of clothes.

Do you provide your own cleaning products, cloths etc?
Yes, I do. However, if you prefer me to, I can use your products and equipment.

What area do you cover?
From my home in the Whitley area of Coventry, I cover Coventry, Kenilworth and Leamington Spa.

Do you smoke/vape?
No, I don’t.

How much do you charge?
I have a minimum booking duration of two hours.
In Coventry, for two hours, I charge £50.00. In Kenilworth, it’s £55.00 and in Leamington it’s £60.00.
Regardles of location, additional hours are charged at £20.00 per hour – for example, a four hour clean in Kenilworth costs £95.00.

Can you help me at very short notice? 
If you can, I suggest you book me in advance. However, if you need my assistance at very short notice, I will do everything I can to help.

When I book The Coventry Cleaning Lady, will it always be you that I deal with? 
Yes. I’m a ‘one-woman band’, therefore, I will deal with your initial enquiry, any subsequent communications and your clean on the day.

Can you issue me with a receipt?
Yes, I can. If you need a receipt for my services, please, just ask.
